I have been reading thru all the comments and get a sense that we are loosing our focus from the core values and the high calling. While I may want to excercise restraint on my critical views in general,let us not forget the fact that these discussions donot lead to spiritual upliftment,let alone a management change.I wish we could spend all our energies for a true cause and try and reach the downtrodden and neglected sections in a manner which will reflect our expressions of pure,undefiled beliefs.Time that we raise our thoughts and standards from trivial issues to concerns that would touch and heal the neighborhood and society. Just a thought..God Bless

@Guru Geo & Suz: I am also kind of in the dark why most of these preachers banned by IPC. I can probably understand Mullakara & KA Abraham. But what about the others? I am sure the person who send these circulars about this also don't know why. According to him somebody told him they are not good and he just acted smart by banning them. Big deal. I know couple of them are already having programs in IPC Churches after the ban. It's so shameful that someone wants to take this to Mainstream Media (Surya TV) to get his 15 minutes of fame. You should have settled this within your church and denomination and shouldn't have taken it to public.

All I hear is media talking about "banning" these preachers. Does media talk about the specific allegations? How can anyone come to fact"less" conclusions?? Especially for believers who have newly come to faith, such news is misleading,depressing, confusing and honestly ridiculous. Entire IPC, AG and other pentecostal bodies seem like some joke to public. Aren't such honorable associations available to gently talk out issues? I wonder how different they are from other non-Christian organizations? How are we exemplary in anyway? How are we reflecting Christ to non-christians? Leaders of Christianity, fighting!-Sad.

@Mat: non-biased media? there's nothing like that and that includes the secular world too.. every media is biased depending on who publishes it. But i agree with you that BJ needs to focus on every organizations. @jeff: Oh there are corrupted leaders in IPC? really? It's news to me....Just kidding. I agree with you. @Prakash: News papers brings only the news and they are helpless to fix the problems that's happening in IPC, COG, AG etc..

We don't have any non-biased media among malayali Pentecostals. Instead of love and compassion, they all spread hate and venom. And everyone is claiming that they are doing these things based on scriputural backings. We hope God will bring real change to these convention preachers, church leaders, news media editors, music groups, all the crusade organizers and all ministry heads.

Your coverage of IPC CONVENTION is good. But when comes to other churches convention COG, AG, Sharon, you always reveals your true color. Bringing the corruption inside COG is great. But what about IPC Corruption and dirty politics. Why are you so biased ??
